I'm in love with the colors you chose! I can't wait to see it all come together.


I hear you on the cotton: it can be heavy. Anything washable is good, and Michaels is close by and affordable. Makes sense. Love the colors!


oooo, I love how you mapped it all out on graph paper. The blanket is going to be gorgeous!


Can you let me know what the name of this square is or where you found the pattern? I have to crochet a baby blanket and this would be perfect! Great job!

I purchased the entire pattern to make a baby blanket, but then just played with diff color schemes. However, I'm sure if you do a search for square motifs, or maybe visit the library and look for the "200 Crochet Motifs" book you'll be able to find it or something similar.

Let me know how you make out!
